Help Needed - Drivers Window W'ont Open

Hi there,

I have a problem with the drivers window. When I press the button to open, nothing happens except I can hear the window motor turning.

I guess the window has come off some runners??

Has anyone fixed this fault in the past?

I've not had or fixed a fault like this on an Audi but I have done on a previous car. The best advice I can give is to take off the door card and take a look.
In the car I looked at it was very obvious what the problem was once I could see the internals. I'm guessing a screw somewhere will have worked loose.
