audi!!! main stealers!!! cant do the job-crewe audi

took my a4 tdi to have new cluster fitted(supplied by another audi dealer)
transfered everything over to new cluster ,except immobiliser,said cant do immobilizer as its already been coded!
RUBBISH! BRAND NEW WITH NOTHING ON IT,

anyway now all on the cluster thats the problem is starting,

Question is can i use vag-com to programme the cluster in?
or is there anyway to disable the immobilizer? i.e ECU?

A new cluster gives you the chance to enter the milage and immobilizer ONCE..

could the dealer have entered this incorrectly and screwed it up??

so wheres you car now then... still in the garage i guess??
