buttons

hi guys just wondering,there are two buttons underneath the driver's drivers doors handle.What are the buttons for?Never use them since i bought my audi a4..........

Is it the buttons in the door pocket you are talking about?

If so, one of them is to turn off the interior alarm movement sensor, if leaving somebody/pet in car and locking and the other is to turn off the tilt sensor for towing.

What does the tilt sensor do when towing?

Turns if off, so alarm will not sound when being lifted.

I crossed on a flat sea and I mean really flat. I remembered to turn the sensor off but then when I loaded the car with beer (they even take it to your car for you. ) I forgot.

The alarm kept going off and I could see and hear it coz it was right at the front in the open......so I got them to take down 6 cases of wine and turned it off then.
