Hell - my 2002 A4 1.8T, multitronic, which has done only 104,000 km is developing trans. problem. It is jerky from start but at higher speed it seems ok, brough to local agent and diagnosis is that input shaft problem - need to change complete CVT which will costs around US $ 9,000 for recond - this is for one - to one exchange.
