Adding safety camera information to Factory Fit

Has anyone come across a way of adding.

I recently came across the following link on a BMW site but dont think my IT skills really understand the process or indeed if it could be done with the CD version of Nav+ in my A4

Unfortunately there's no way to do this.

It's really frustrating because using one of the SD cards to hold a camera database would still allow the other to hold the equivalent of 15 CDs (with a 4GB SD card).
