Temp Guage

Had to drive 200 Miles today, after about half an hour this morning I noticed my temp guage hadn't come off the 50 DegC. Car felt ok and the power was fine. So got there, done my work and headed home. The Temp guage was fine steady at 90 Deg C. Anyhow after about an hour into the drive I noticed the guage was back down at the 50 Deg C. WTF is going on - faulty guage or loose sensor?

Where is the sensor for this anyone know? Anyone else had the same problem?

I had the same thing a few weeks back on a motorway drive,its been fine since.Weird.

Anything to do with your heator motor going mad?

I changed the heater motor for a new one before i had this temp gauge thing.
