Can someone please tell me how to get them off,do i need to remove the whole bumpers or can i just undo the bottom bits from the painted part,thanks.

you need to remove the whole bumper front or rear as ther are two small screws you can't get to with the bumpers on

Ive managed to do the back,but cant seem to find the bolts holding the front bumper on,can any one tell me where they are?

there are the usual fixings, underneath the car, black slotted screws,
wheels arch, 3 torx bolts either side (i think)
under the bonnet, remove the headlamps to gain access to torx bolts in the wings,
remove the front fog lamp apatures (and look up) to gain access to large alan head bolts, slacken but dont take out, then bumper should pull forward.
ba aware of the weight and the wiring for foglamps / sensors.
