brake pads

hi all,

my A4 has just been in for a service and they have recommened i get new brake pads as originals are wearing out.

what kind of pads do you lot recommend?(fast road use)

just ordered tarox fast road pads for mine from www.motorsportworld.co.uk and some other bits /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

mid priced between oem and pagid etc at £68

I found EBC greenstuff pads work very well. Even stone cold they have better friction.

The problem I've had with them is that they did squeal initially, even with copper grease on the backs. After 3 weeks they have settled down nicely.

The most impressive things is the brake dust is soooo easy to wash off.

Make sure you get the correct front pads, very easy to get wrong, as some websites does not list the correct ones.
