Window knocking

Just got car back from body shop and wound down the window and there is a knocking sound in its final 3rd going up and down?

What is it? Wasn't there before but I don't think bodyshop had any need to touch the door as it was only being blended in.

Driver's door mechanism failed a few weeks back and it did the same before the cable snapped.... Grinding crunching sound?

Sounds creaky and has a little knock.

Could it be something the bodyshop may have done?
