Anyone know anything obvious that would cause esp and eml to come on at the same time. Both flashed up at exactly the same time earlier, will plug it in when I get home but I'm currently 400miles away.

Brake light switch fault can cause this, check they're working.

Good job I checked because 1 was out, changed just while I'm having a break in motorway services, all brake lights now work.. Unfortunately so do the warning lights

You will have to plug it in to clear the fault codes

Just plugged it in got p0102,

Guessing that's maf broken or dirty,

I'll get it out and clean it up, shall I replace air filter while I'm at it?

Changed the maf this morning, cleared the codes and seems to be fine and fuel range increased from 140 to 225 miles on half a tank over a 10mile drive.

Hopefully that was the culprit.
