    joey headlight sealant??

    Hi, I'm looking to do the joey headlight mod soon and was wondering what is the best sealant to use to stick them back together? Thanks

    Id say 3 hours. Did for me. Right pita.
    Just dont rush. It will come apart.
    A4 avant b6.1.9 avf 6 speed. Bv43 turbo.uprated fmic. More bhp custom map. Powerflow straight through twin pipes. Allard delete kit. Boost,egt, + voltage gauges. Ball,spring boost controller.     The stuff that the B6 headlight is stuck on with is Permaseal which is pretty much cement so no matter how much you heat it up, it will take some time and also patience to split them open.

    When ready to put back together make sure the excess seal that remains is cleaned/scraped out. You can use any decent seal. I personally would use these (Link) because they seem to be so easy to work with and not too messy.
