Remote stopped working, changed battery but

Still not working, took the battery out of the unused remote and that one doesn't work either, anyone had this, i'm i missing something here, please enlighten me!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/beerchug.gif

You'll need to Re-Sync your keys, takes about 2mins!!
