need help in Midlands regarding fitting dis stalk and coding it up

hi guys electronics and not my strongest point so im looking for some help of fellow members regarding fitting a dis stalk and coding(turning it on) to my car i have a stalk and cable for the ground needed to cancel out the washer bottle fluid error

any body in the west Midlands able to help me out, if so please get in touch
