I got mine on ebay for £400 including door cards (black leather/alcantara for our 01 A4 Avant). You'll have to wait awhile for one to come up but it'll be worth it.

Guess I was just lucky, I did have to drive to Manchester (from Southampton) to pick them up though, 10.30pm on an industrial estate - well dodgy, but worth it.
