There is a guide somewhere (I have the link on my home PC) I think you need to remove the head rest 'tubes' then the actual rests then a couple of bolts behind the head rests then two at the base of the seat back

The headrest tubes aren't meant to be removed and refitted. I retrofitted rear parking sensors to my cab and had to remove the rear seat etc. from memory the tubes cos about 3 quid each. Be very careful removing them, it would be easy to slip and damage the seat back.
