My poor Audi has been ill lately and cost me a small fortune getting a head restored after a valve got stuck in the closed position and through out a few followers and lifters, Carbon build up was pointed at along with a late oil change,

Its had a new cam belt and all the other bits that go with fixing the car,

it does seem to want a few extra cranks before it fires up, then the car runs ok but it does seem to have a delay on the Turbo kicking in, I've had a real good sniff around the sucker pipes and replaced loads of them, I've even changed the N75 valve but im still getting the same issue,

any ideas folks ?

Most likely timing is out...needs a scan really.

Does the V6 have a VNT turbo, vanes sticking would give a delay with the turbo spooling up.
