Mileage adjustment?

Hi I'm in need of some help.
my dash clocks recently started playing up, the screen in the middle broke.m
so I bought a set of clocks, the auto box one. Everything works fine even the sat nav bit in the middle.
However the clocks have added 20,000 miles to the car !
is there anyone out there knows how or where I can change this back to the original mileage please?

the only thing I have is the mot when I bought the car a few months ago. There is no way I've done that kind of mileage in 6 months lol.
What would you need mate?
