Brake Bleeding With Mityvac

It's time for a fluid change on both of our cars and i have heard good things about a Mityvac, are they worth it? or is it still best to push pedal in the old fashioned way? I do have a gunson kit that pressurises the system but have been convinced that this is the best way!

I use gunson kit never had a problem.
