ac is still ooo (out of order) but with heat settings I find its really only blowing hot air on 28 and hi settings,27 is warm to hot,
coolant sensor replaced last year and thermostat?

Could be your water pump if your heating works better at higher engine rpm.

Water pump? well it defiantly works better when thrashing it! The heater that is,

Genuine thermostat or aftermarket. If the engine is struggling to get up to temp it would indicate a stat fault.
