standard black front spoiler removal?

any ideas on how to remove this,
i have managed to get hold of an s-line front spoiler for £40 and all the grills for £60, bargain.

only prob i have is i cant seen to get the front black lower front spoiler off, is there an easy way, or can i just take the whole front bumper off as easilly?
hope you can help.

ps, just had the A4 serviced at a local garage inc all genuine audi parts £70 all in, another bargain.

you need to take off the whole bumber and you also need the s-line top part as the holes for the grills are bigger and the lower part will not clip in at the bottom

so how do i get the bumper off then, anyone?
