OEM parking sensors

Hi all,

I've just picked up a rear sport bumper for my SE A4,

the sport bumper has build in parking sensors.

My question is would be a difficult job to get these sensors working in my car which has no parking sensors?

any idea of what kind of work would be involved/cost to get them working?
