I've just bought a full febi control arm kit and I'm fitting it myself. I've ordered some plus gas and plan on cleaning all the bolts and fittings and apply twice a day the week before I fit them to hopefully make it easier going.

So does anyone have any other tips for me doing this job.

get some new bolts for the top arms
they twats to get out so have them on standby

The kit come with all new bolts and arms so hopefully covered there. My lump hammer and punch as well as the rest of my roller cab of tools will be coming home

It's a febi bilstein full kit. Not a Chinese cheap kit.

I've read it can be a pain that, I'm hoping that the plus gas will work if not the blow torch will be coming out and the big hammer.

The bolts are all easy to get out, except the pinch bolt, you can squirt as much plus gas as you like on that and won't do anything to help move it.

Ah rite. Just lots of swearing and a big hammer and punch

Arrh the pinch bolt . Boy I spent 2.1/2 hours on 1
and a little faster on the other side
heat , oil , all the high street gizmos ,
nop
just hard work and don't give up !
I had to cut and punch out bit by bit
best of luck dude ...
