deciding which coilovers??

hi all im new to the forum just a quick question, im looking to purchase some budget coilovers but am unsure which ones to go for. its out of jom and fks. i have heard mixed reviews on both but just wondering peoples opinions on them? are they both exactly the same but with different names? also is it expensive to get them fitted? thanks

I'm a firm believer in "buy cheap, buy twice" with coilovers.
A friend has had experience with cheaper brands i.e - TA Technix on his Passat and had blown shocks after a few months of use.

I have Weitec GT coilovers on my avant - as far as coilovers go, they are fairly cheap - but not the bottom end of the market.
I paid around £550 for them at the start of the year - so far no problems.
They are made by KW so quality is pretty much guaranteed.

Just my opinion.
