I think he means the exterior trim, theres a lot of it on our cabs around the windscreen etc.

I think you should try it, not seen it done before so I'm not sure how it would look but you can always take it back off if you don't like it.

All the exterior chrome trim is actually a piece of cake to remove. I've taken all mine off ready to be taken to the bodyshop and painted gloss black along with my side mirrors and various other bits.

In fact I found the most difficult are the lower window pieces on the doors (and these could probably have just been masked and painted while still on the car). Can't wait to get it all back on!

edit: I must pay more attention to postsObviously Cabs will be completely different to my saloon.

i did mine in gloss then matt
the cab just dont look right.
