External Temp thermostat

Since Tuesday the external temperature guage has been reading between 9.0 degrees C and 12.0 degrees C - It definatly not been that warm - It was very frosty this morning and it was reading 12.0 degrees - Anyone had this before ? Where is the sensor located ?

I would not see it as a problem, but no matter when I check it's always the same - Had to defrost the car this morning - it was very cold. Just had the car serviced on Monday - Only happened since then.

It's behind the front number plate, open the hood and you should see it.

Temps seem to be same as over here.
