Still looking for an A4 Quattro

Hi all,

While browsing autotrader etc. I'm seeing some cars with the bottoms of the front & back bumpers and sills a different colour than the rest of the car.

Is this original or an optional extra or is is "covering up" something?

Your knowledge will be much appreciated.
