Hi all.
Just had 4 new budget Kenda tyres fitted yesterday and despite being the same size(235/35-19) as the old Autogrip budget tyres I am now having rubbing issues. Had 2 mates in the car and the rears rubbed and the fronts caught slightly when turning.
The Kenda tyres are visibly wider and don't have anywhere near as much stretch as the Autogrip's.
So if you are buying budget tyres and don't want any rubbing issues then Autogrip are the ones to go for.
Old tyres' you can clearly see the rim protrusion.
New tyres now level with the rim
