electric window problem.

so I just purchased a new electric window kit to replace the damaged one in my drivers door !
after a long and daunting process its finally in !
couple of slight problem,
1, you have to constantly leave your finger on the button to get the window from top to bottom or vice versa where as on the passenger if you depress the button twice it rolls all the way down to the bottom,
im pretty sure the drivers side use to do this,
2, when winding the window up, if you leave your finger on the button right to the top the window automatically winds back down perhaps 4 inches, every single time it does this unless you time it to perfection as it closes fully !
any ideas why folks ?

Hold button all the way down then all the way up while keeping finger on button. Repeat process twice and this should reset it.

sorted the 2nd problem but the 1st problem is still there !

I think to fix the first problem you need to put all windows all the way down then all the way up together. I had the same problem when I did mine and I think this fixed mine.
