Wiper blades

Can you fit the retrofit flat blades? Or do you need the metal arm ones?

If you want the flat blade style you will need the arms & blades from a B7 A4 :icon_thumright:

How do I tell which ones I have? I thought there were two different styles fitted to B6's.

I have a 2004 and here is a pic of the engine bay / wipers



I'm hoping I have the newer style as it gives more options for blades.

You do, they're Aero wipers as they have a flat blade.

Mine are the older ones too,i realised this when the aero blades didn't fit.
the arms are the most ridiculous thing ever and struggle to get blades..

They work much better. They don't judder. The blades are cheaper and more readily available.
