Which gearbox oil?

I'm going to renew my gearbox oil today.
i have a 2003 1.9 Tdi 130 5 speed awx

75w-90 fully synthetic. 6 speed box takes 3 litres so you'll have a bit left over

Ended up with 3 litres of triple q 75w 90 from euro car parts.

cant complain really. Going to see if I can get it done today

Used the ECP stuff first time round and it felt worse so went for the Castrol stuff in my link

yeah, il see how it is. Not the end of the world. I was next to ecp today anyway. If it gets worse il get the castrol
