Door blade ??

Hi all just got myself a set of S-line door blades, genuine but seems they haven't been taken off the car with care, the outer skins have come away from the fixings, and the fixings are in poor shape too, don't suppose the inner parts can be changed? and then bonded onto the outer skins?
