Rear door cards removal

Right getting my windows tinted on Thursday and if I remove the door cards ill get it done cheaper. Anybody know how or point me in the direction of a guide for it.

why do they need to remove them? Mine are being done on Saturday, £185 for the whole car.

You need them off to remove the inner window seal. Mines only costing £80
