yellow oil sensor

Hi does anyone know where the cable for the sensor goes to after it leaves the sump sensor? I tried to trace the cable back but the wiring loom is pretty heavily taped up. There are several connectors on the firewall and I was wondering if anyone knew which one, if any it is.
2002 2.4.v6 cabriolet

Any suggestions as to what could be triggering the sensor would be much appreciated...oil level is fine with no sludge .

Fixed...yee ha....replaced aftermarket part with genuine Audi part ...6 month headache gone ...lost count of the times ive dropped all the oil .....thanks to buying the genuine part ....top oil sensor tip ...go to Audi for it ....thanks for all help received!!!! Cheers
