chipping or re mapping V6 3.0

am considering having my V6 3.09 quattro estate remapped or chipped, but what power increase can I realistically expect ? will it kill the mpg as well, Im not that fussed about mpg i tend to get around 25, but wondered...
and also of course, where do you recommend ? i live in Farnham, Surrey, wondered if there's any mobile tuning people...

Got mine done. its transformed mid and high range alittle better on MPG too. the car just likes too pull alot and noticable alot better torque. got mine done @ Big fish tuning stokesely off John a good friend he is

Hi,
I have recently bought a 3.0TDI B7 Convertible, and have been toying with a remap, I have been looking at Rebellion Automotive, the gains of a performance map of 45-50BHP increase, with 400-410Nm Torque.
I have been considering a hand held device with three maps, performance, economy and standard loaded on it, and you just upload which one you want, takes just a couple of minutes apparently.
There agent is PCS at Horndean just off the A3.
