Anybody know where to get copy of the Bentley Manual for the B6?

Has anybody seen/got one? Is it any good?

So that Bentley manual doesn't include the diesel models?? And it lists 2.0 turbo, so I'm assuming that's a US only model that we never received over here? We just got the 2.0 NA (which is still a ****** good engine I might add as my wife has a 2.0 avant)
