Thanks guys - I'll probably try it unmodded first and go for a drive, if the vibes are worse I'll do the shaving mod. Will let you know how it goes.

just had a thought.
Word of warning when you tighten the bracket on the cross member at the front. Be very carefull if you do this with the engine running. The nut that is on its own is very close to the bottom pulley on the engine.
Just be carefull or pain is sure to follow.
