My fault totally, just removed to repair, noticed a few threads were folks have butchered their plastics trying to get hinge pins out, easy way of getting them out is a pair of side cutters and a hammer as below, 2-3 nice little taps and their come right out with no fuss, spray a little silicone spray on it first. place side cutter teeth in the recess of pin then tap. My bad if this is already been covered sorry in advance.
