Is it possible to take say an S4 exhaust and fit to a 1.9tdi, not trying to make my car look like an S4 as it will always be an oil burner lol...just like the look, I know I'd also need the twin exit bumper to match

just get the tips and have them welded on to yours

As said, just cut the pointy down bits off your TDI exhaust and weld some tips on. I did it on the cheap, managed to get the tips for £15 for the two as they were slightly marked, then i cut my valance and painted it gloss grey, and this was the result, mines a 2.5 TDI

I thought the same about this as id like a twin exit exhaust system on my 1.9tdi, all the mounting points are there so my plan is to fit the mounts from a car that has the twin exhaust standard, and then get a exhaust place local to me to do me a catback system
