rear electric window retrofit

Whats involved in doing this? Do i need proper rear regulators or do the motors fit my existing manual ones. What extra wiring is needed (are wires already ran to the back doors or do i need to run them) is there an ecu controlling the windows etc thanks

Alright pal ive been messing with this for a good while now and still not working, the parts needed are:

Motors
Driver door switch (4 switch) i got an interior with them in
rear door wiring looms
rear door cards with switches

As far as i know now all i need is someone clever with wiring to match everything up in the B-Pillar, and maybe run a few extra wires,

atm i have power to my rear speakers only, no power to door locks, motors, switches
