Elm light, and bad misfire! Help!!

Just driving about, and the eml light started flashing, with a bad misfire.. I had put fuel in two miles prior (which I guarantee was correct fuel, but may be dodgy?)

i plugged in vcds hoping to find a coil or something, but all that is there is
p17550 load calculation cross check, lower Limmit exceeded
p1142-002 lower limit exceeded - intermittent

the car is a 3.0 v6 2003 a4 cab

any help would be much appreciated, as I'm not sure where to start with that fault code!

Sorted! Got some time to mess about with vagcom and found it to be cylinder 6 coil, went into measuring blocks and found cylinder 6 doing nothing at all, constant misfire!
