Well my Audi a4 b6 started making a clunking sound, it then got louder and think i diagnosed the problem as the big end bearings have gone, Ive found an engine for £250 with 102k with everything still attached, But its the 115bhp engine, what will i need to swap around so its back to the 130? Thanks jay.

What car is the engine from ? There are a few differences in the way the block is cast hence if off a transverse engine it will need a few holes drilled and taped so you can fit engine mounts and aditional brackets. Also the cambelt kit is different between early Pd engines and late pd engines, more so between transverse and longitudinal !
Injectors, rods, turbo are different between the 2 power ratings so it's not that simple as it looks ! Good price though for the engine, sold pd115 for over 400 quid before but i left all ancilarries on so a few quid can be recovered from the sale of these extra bits ! Hope this helps !

The b6 never got a pd115, they either had 100Bhp AVB or 130 bhp AWX/AVF engines. A pd 115 was fitted on the early audi a4 b7 untill 2007...
Yes it did. The very last of the B6 Avants did. I own one.
