Stero ISO lead

Where the best place to get an ISO lead for my b6. Replacing the standard single din concert CD player it's also a Bose system what's in the car as have a sub . On Halfrauds sight says they want £25 but sure you can get them cheaper

From the car i have the aerial' 2 black blocks one long and the other shorter (the normal you usually get) and a brown block aswell as a little brown square block that when you disconnect looks simular to an aerial.

On the stereo i have only room to connect the aerial the brown and the smallerone black block
