Votex rear bumper inserts

Hi all

I have a 2002 A4 saloon Tdi and it has the voted rear bumper. I want to do a twin exhaust conversion but I am having trouble getting the exhaust cutouts to fit the bumper. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
