new stereo what do i need to know

you have an amp for the rear speakers which will make them louder then the fronts so you would need to either fade them out to balance it re wire so you remove the amp or you can get like a resistor which steps it down from the head unit not sure where from though as I have never seen one mentioned on here but I have one on my car!!
you also wont have a switched live to turn the radio on and off as it works off can bus you can take one from the rear of the fuse box or you can use a wire under the steering column that goes to the ignition switch....this is a really thin wire and would need to be run through a relay as it wont carry the load
