Hello i am posting in the hope some one can help i have an A4 18t sport i had a new cambelt fitted along with an oil change the week before xmas and the car seemed fine.Aday or so ago it developed a god awful rattle when started from the top of the engine but this goes after a second and the car is fine as soon as the car warms up the rattle returns at idle but disapears at 1000 revs?If the car is driven a short distance the rattle appears again and the revs have to go higher for it to go i have limited knowledge and have been told various things ie oil to thin sludgging but would appreciate advice from someone who has a proper understanding hope some one can help many thanks Steve
