Audi a4 TDI 130 Problem Coolant Seems Bubbly SEE PIC

Would appreciate if someone could tell me if this is normal ????

If I need to Derain the coolant can I just disconnect the pipe at the bottom right of the radiator / is they any special way to bleed the system and once that's done can I just top up to the max on the bottle???

Looks like it has been topped up with washer fluid.

The bottle looks really dark too......mine is a crisp clear/frosted plastic with red coolant

If it spells like soap or flowers then someone used windscreen wash by mistake...
