I have a Mk1 RNS-E unit fitted to my avant, I have been offered the multi-media connection unit from a 2011 model year Scirocco (sits in the centre console area and has 2 cables that plug into it, 1 for generic MP3, 1 for i-pod)
Is this the same unit as the (****** expensive) Audi AMI unit? I can probably get the part number if that helps.... if so it would be a nice upgrade to the system....
