B6 Avant Rear Aeroblade Wiper

Afternoon Gents,

Does anyone have the part number for the arm/blade to convert from the older style of wiper on a B6 Avant?

Mine finally cracked yesterday so I've taken it off, thought I'd go to an aeroblade instead.

Think I've got the part numbers for the front arms/blades but not the rear.
