2.4 V6 service interval

Called local dealer to book my A4 2.4 petrol on for MOT and service to be told it only needs an oil change every 2 years or 20k .... Bit worried about this, I have only done about 7k in the last 12 months and am well aware oil needs frequent changing.

so, should I change the oil and filter now as it was last done nearly 12 months ago ?

Personally i have always done my cars every 7k or 12 months which ever comes first

Ive got the 2.4 V6 mate and ive been told every 18,000 miles which has been fine so far (done 16,500) It just needs a top up every so often

If your worried ask them to change it and stamp the book..
