HEADLIGHTS THE SAME

Keep seeing a few headlight on ebay all look the same but the seriel numbers are different,

So from what year to year will they all fit a a4 b6 on a 03 ?

2001 / 2004
but some b7's are 2004

just seen light from a 99 and it looks the same. seen one with what says a fog light in whats that , Only asking as i could do with 2 new lights
